About Us
Just The Basics® was founded by Terri Bonar-Stewart in 1994. Terri was President and CEO until September 2009. This position is now held by Dr. Linda Gravett.
Linda was a Human Resource Management practitioner until 1991, when she founded Gravett and Associates, a Cincinnati-based consulting firm specializing in helping organizations leverage the skills and talents of a diverse workforce. She knew that having Just The Basics, Inc. as a sister company would complement the work that she has done over the past 19 years. While Gravett and Associates focuses on organizations with 500+ employees, Just The Basics, Inc. focuses on small companies and nonprofits.
Just The Basics® offers a full range of Human Resource Management consulting and training services, including Human Resource Audits; development of performance evaluation systems; executive coaching; conflict resolution; and management training.
Services and training offered are customized to meet the unique needs of each client. Just The Basics offers a complimentary one-hour consultation to determine if a potential client’s needs can be met by our organization. If our organization does not have the appropriate expertise, we will refer clients to colleagues with the right competencies.
