Code of Ethics
Just The Basics Code of Ethics
We will treat client information as confidential and will neither take personal advantage of privileged information gathered during an assignment nor enable others to do so.
We will refrain from encouraging unrealistic expectations or promising clients that benefits are certain from specific management consulting services.
We will not refer third parties to clients in order to receive commissions. We will refer third parties based on their ability to serve our clients’ needs.
We will accept only assignments which we have the skills and knowledge to perform.
We will avoid acting simultaneously in potentially conflicting situations.
We will ensure that before accepting any engagement, a mutual understanding of the objectives, scope, work plan and fee arrangements has been established.
We will refrain from inviting an employee of a client to consider alternative employment with our firm or one in which we have an interest.
We will maintain a fully respectful approach in all dealings with clients, the general public and colleagues in the consulting field.
We will ensure that subcontractors carrying out work on our behalf are conversant with and abide by this Code of Ethics.
If at any time you believe anyone representing our company is not fulfilling or living up to our Code of Ethics, please contact our President, Dr. Linda Gravett, by phone at 513-753-8870 or by e-mail at email@example.com. Thank you.
